Ahhhh, summer. What is it that makes so many of us think of summer as a time of rest and rejuvenation, even if we work the whole summer through?
The truth is, summer is exactly as special as we make it. And after a few years of fewer-than-usual gatherings, a lot of us are ready to spend time outside with the people we love.
Pacific Foods is declaring that this summer (and every summer hereafter) is a time for rest, rejuvenation, and reconnection. And all of those things require nutrient-rich foods, made into the most tempting dishes possible.
With this bold aim in mind, we had our work cut out for us in selecting the nine most light and refreshing vegan summer recipes. We think you’ll agree that we succeeded.
