Raspberry Mango Coco Pops

  • Add ½ cup Organic Coconut Original Plant-Based Beverage and mango to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of mango mixture into the base of 8 popsicle molds (this is the top layer). Place in the freezer to briefly set (for 5-10 minutes) while you prepare the next layer.
  • Add ½ cup Organic Coconut Original Plant-Based Beverage and coconut yogurt to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of coconut mixture into the 8 popsicle molds (this is the middle layer). Place in the freezer to briefly set (for 5-10 minutes) while you prepare the next layer.
  • Add ½ cup Organic Coconut Original Plant-Based Beverage and raspberries to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of raspberry mixture into the 8 popsicle molds (this is the bottom layer).
  • Add popsicle sticks to molds. Place in the freezer to fully set, about 6 hours.
  • Remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
