Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 peeled frozen banana
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Coconut Unsweetened Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jelly
  • 2 tablespoons dried sweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and coconut milk to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds, or until smoothie is thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl. 

  • Step 2

    Garnish smoothie bowl with the fresh strawberries, peanut butter, jelly and a sprinkle of coconut flakes. Eat immediately!
