Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods Organic Unsweetened Coconut Plant-Based Beverage
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter,
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry jelly

Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and coconut plant-based beverage to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, or until smoothie is thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl.
  2. Garnish smoothie bowl with a drizzle of peanut butter, strawberry jelly, fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
  3. Eat immediately!
