Instructions

  1. Add Cashew Plant-Based Beverage, frozen zucchini, and frozen blueberries to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until thick and creamy, pausing to scrape down sides of blender. If the mixture is too thick, add in another splash of Cashew Plant-Based Beverage.
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish with chia seeds, cashews, blueberries or blackberries, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of cashew butter. Enjoy!
