Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pacific Foods® Cashew Unsweetened Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1 cup sliced frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blackberries or blueberries
  • 1/4 cup dried unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Add cashew milk, frozen zucchini, and frozen blueberries to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until thick and creamy, pausing to scrape down sides of blender. If the mixture is too thick, add in another splash of cashew milk. 

  • Step 2

    Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish with chia seeds, cashews, fresh berries, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of cashew butter. Enjoy!
