Ingredients

  • 4 frozen banana
  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Coconut Unsweetened Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts, to garnish
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, to garnish
  • 1/4 cup dried sweetened coconut flakes, to garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Add frozen bananas, frozen raspberries, and coconut milk to a high-speed blender. Blend for 10 seconds, scrape down the sides of the blender, and repeat until mixture is smooth and creamy. 

  • Step 2

    Scoop ‟nice“ cream into a large bowl and let sit in the freezer to firm up for 1 to 2 hours. Scoop ‟nice“ cream into bowls and garnish with coconut flakes, walnuts, and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
