Ingredients

  • 2 banana, previously peeled and frozen
  • 2 cups Pacific Foods™ Organic Coconut Unsweetened Plant-Based Beverage
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cup ice (plus more as needed)
  • 1 star anise or cinnamon sticks (as an optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Process until completely smooth, adding more ice or liquid as needed to achieve desired consistency. Transfer to 2 glasses, top with desired garnish, and enjoy immediately!
