Chocolate Protein Shake

Ingredients
Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups Pacific Foods Unsweetened Hemp Original Plant-Based Beverage
- 1 date pitted
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until creamy and smooth. Depending on the power of your blender, you may need to add more hemp beverage, up to an additional 1/2 cup. For a sweeter shake, add in an additional pitted date.
