Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pacific Foods™ Organic Unsweetened Almond Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 2 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup dried unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons dried sweetened coconut flakes, to garnish
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts to garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients (except sweetened coconut and walnuts) to a high speed blender and blend for 60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. 

  • Step 2

    Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with sweetened coconut and walnuts. Enjoy!
