Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish and set aside.
Whisk together oats, flaxseed, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and sea salt in a medium bowl.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the hemp milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add the dry oat mixture to the milk mixture and stir until just combined. Stir in the carrot, walnuts and raisins.
Place into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy as is or our favorite way: scoop warm oatmeal into a bowl and top with more hemp milk, raisins, and walnuts
