  • 3/4 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Coconut Unsweetened Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)


  • Place smoothie ingredients in your highspeed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, add your toppings, and devour! For the toppings, try sliced fresh fruit, nuts, additional chia seeds, chocolate chunks or nut butter.
