1. Sweepstakes Period: The Pacific Foods Matty Matheson #TGISunday Sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes”) starts on September 22, 2024, 11 AM (ET) and ends October 13, 2024, 11:59 PM (ET) ( the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter, you must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry [19 for residents of Al & NE] and a legal resident of the U.S. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, of Pacific Foods of Oregon, LLC (”Sponsor”), affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, agents and all others associated with the design, execution, production, development, and promotion of this promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, go to pacificfoods.com/TGISunday-Sweeps on PacificFoods.com during the Sweepstakes Period and fill out the entry form.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, destroyed, late, misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from any and all Sweepstakes, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries generated by any automated means are void and may be disqualified.
4. Drawing: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 21, 2024 from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
5. Prize: 150 winners will be selected at random to win an exclusive Matty Matheson and Pacific Foods collaborative camp cup and a carton of Pacific Foods bone broth and a carton of Pacific Foods Creamy Tomato soup. .
6. Approximate Retail Value of prize (“ARV”): The ARV of each Prize is $45.00 Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if Prize or any part of the Prize is not available.
7. Agreement of Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Whether an Entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein (the “Official Rules”).
8. Entry Limits: Each Entrant may enter one time.
9. Grant of Rights to Sponsor. All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
10. Winner Notification: Potential winner will always be notified by email (“Winner Notification Message”). By entering this Sweepstakes entrants hereby consent to be contacted by Sponsor for administration of this Sweepstakes. Winner must supply their email address to receive communications from Sponsor. Please check your email and spam filters. If a potential winner does not reply to Sponsor’s Winner Notification Message within twenty-four (24) hours to claim prize, his or her entry will be void and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such potential winner and another potential winner may be chosen or such unclaimed prizes may not be awarded, at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor shall make a reasonable amount of attempts to award the Prizes. Once potential winner notification is confirmed to Sponsor, the potential prize winner may be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability, and where legal, a Publicity Release to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Affidavit. In the event that: (a) the Winner Notification Message is returned as undeliverable or Sponsor does not receive a response to the Winner Notification Message within twenty-four (24) hours; (b) any required documents are not returned as specified; (c) winner does not comply with any term of these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
11. Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant consents to the use of his or her Entry, name, city of residence without further notice or compensation. All entries, images or recordings become the property of the Sponsor. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant irrevocably, perpetually, and without limitation, grants the Sponsor the exclusive right to use or publish such entry and any images or recordings in any way, in commerce, and in any media worldwide in any format (electronic, print, or other) for perpetuity and waives all of his or her rights, in and to the entry and any images or recordings. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, inappropriate, inconsistent with Sponsor’s image as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Official Rules may be disqualified by the Sponsor. Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Promotion Parties, Instagram, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, actions, causes of action whatsoever, of every nature, character and description, known or unknown in connection with the Sweepstakes, including any use, misuse or nonuse of a prize. Entrants must comply with these Official Rules, and by participating in the Sweepstakes will be deemed to have received and understood these Official Rules. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES, DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL ASSOCIATED WITH THE WEBSITE OR SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED.
12. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical/other error in entries, selection announcement or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or otherwise modify this Sweepstakes, cancel any method of entry or void any entries submitted fraudulently should unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of this Sweepstakes.
14. Disputes: Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to Camden, NJ and to not raises the defense of forum non-conveniens.
15. Privacy Policy. Information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering this contest, internal data analytics, marketing purposes and for any additional purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at http://www.campbellsoupcompany.com/privacy-policy/ .
16. Winners’ List: For the name of the prize winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope postmarked by October 30, 2024 mailed to Sponsor to the attention of Sweepstakes Notification.
