Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Oat Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (more or less depending on your taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free, if necessary)
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries (plus more for topping oats)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon to 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (dairy-free, if needed, plus more for topping oats)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a medium sized bowl whisk together the wet ingredients. Stir in the oats, strawberries, chia seeds, chocolate chips and salt until combined.

  • Step 2

    Divide the mixture into 2 jars or bowls, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Top with the extra strawberries and chocolate chips, if desired.
