Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 2/3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups pastry flour
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods Organic Oat Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • Topping:
  • 1 8-ounce container vegan cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 cups mixed fruit

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for dough until smooth
  2. Rollout dough between two floured pieces of wax paper until flat.
  3. Transport to a pizza pan and press out to size of pan.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until slightly brown.
  5. Mix topping ingredients then spread over crust.
  6. Decorate with fruit and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
