Crust:

Topping:

  • 1 8-ounce container vegan cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 cups mixed fruit
Instructions
  • Mix all ingredients for dough until smooth
  • Rollout dough between two floured pieces of wax paper until flat.
  • Transport to a pizza pan and press out to size of pan.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until slightly brown.
  • Mix topping ingredients then spread over crust.
  • Decorate with fruit and serve.
  • Enjoy!
