Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Oat Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 8 ounces dairy free cream cheese, for topping
  • 1 tablespoon bottled or canned lemon juice, for topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, for topping
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar, for topping
  • 3 cups frozen mixed berries, for topping

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients for dough until smooth Roll out dough between two floured pieces of wax paper until flat. Transport to a pizza pan and press out to size of pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes until slightly brown. Mix topping ingredients then spread over crust. Decorate with fruit and serve. Enjoy!
