Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 8 cups Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 jar salsa 16 oz. jar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. Mexican chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 jalepeno finely chopped (or more to preference)
  • 1 bag frozen fire roasted onions and peppers 14 oz. bag
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • juice of 1 medium lime
  • Toppings:
  • fresh cilantro
  • sliced avocado
  • sliced jalepeno
  • plantain chips

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice chicken breast and set aside.
  2. Slice jalapeno.
  3. Add Organic Bone Broth Chicken, salsa, spices, sliced jalapeno, frozen peppers and onions, and sliced chicken to slow cooker.
  4. Cover and set to LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  5. Finish with fresh squeezed lime juice. Adjust salt if necessary.
  6. Serve topped with fresh cilantro, sliced avocado and more jalapeno slices depending on desired spice level. Enjoy!
