Homemade Sourdough Croutons

  • 4 slices hearty sourdough bread, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepperflakes
  • 4 cups Pacific Foods™ Organic Vegan Creamy Tomato Basil Soup, heated


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F.  Add bread cubes to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, and herbs. Use your hands to toss to combine.  Spread croutons in an even layer on a baking sheet.  

  • Step 2

    Bake croutons for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crispy.  Add croutons to a bowl of Creamy Tomato Basil Soup or another favorite soup!
