Have 8 pint jars ready. To each of 4 of the jars add 1 tablespoon miso and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Top each with 1 cup zucchini noodles. Divide carrot, mushrooms, and green onion between jars, then seal jars with lids. Pour 1 cup Pacific Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth into each of the remaining 4 jars and seal with lids. Refrigerate all jars until ready to use. To prepare, remove lid from a jar of Pacific Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth and microwave until steaming hot, about 2 minutes. Pour broth over a jar of zucchini noodles miso mixture, cover, and let sit 5 minutes before eating.
