Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Pacific Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix together ground chicken, bread crumbs, Pacific Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, egg, green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Divide into 16 portions. Roll into meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in single layer in air fryer. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Sprinkle green onions over top.
