Instant Pot® Steel Cut Cinnamon Oatmeal

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Add steel cut oats, Cashew beverage, cinnamon, and sea salt to to Instant Pot®
  • Seal with lid and turn vent to “sealing.”
  • Press the manual button and set the time for 4 minutes on high pressure.
  • After the timer beeps, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes. Turn the lid to “venting” to release any additional pressure.
  • Carefully remove the lid and give the steel cut oats a good stir.
  • Divide steel cut oats into bowls and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
  • Notes: leftover steel cut oats will keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
