Add steel cut oats, cashew milk, cinnamon, and sea salt to Instant Pot.
Seal with lid and turn vent to "sealing". Press the manual button and set the time for 4 minutes on high pressure.
After the timer beeps, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes. Turn the lid to "venting" to release any additional pressure. Carefully remove the lid and give the steel cut oats a good stir. Divide steel cut oats into bowls and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
