Garlic Roasted Potatoes with Bone Broth

- 2 pounds baby potatoes halved
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 cup Pacific Foods Organic Bone Broth Chicken Original
- 2 tbsp. melted ghee or butter
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add halved potatoes, crushed garlic, and bone broth and gently saute for 5-7 minutes.
- Carefully transfer potatoes and garlic to lined baking tray. Drizzle with melted butter or ghee and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
- Roast potatoes for 30-35 minutes, or until crispy and tender.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
