In small saucepan, combine broth, honey, chipotle peppers and vinegar; bring to boil. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened and syrupy. Remove and reserve half the sauce for dipping.
Toss chicken wings with salt and pepper. Place in single layer in air fryer. Cook, brushing chicken wings with the remaining sauce every 10 minutes, for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve wings with celery and carrot sticks, and reserved sauce for dipping.
