Air-Fried Chicken Wings with Chipotle Sauce

  • 1 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 pounds split chicken wings
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 4 stalks celery, cut into sticks
  • 2 carrot, cut into sticks


  • In small saucepan, combine Pacific Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, honey, chipotles and vinegar; bring to boil. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened and syrupy. Divide sauce in half. Toss chicken wings with salt and pepper. Place in single layer in air fryer. Cook, brushing chicken wings with half of the sauce every 10 minutes, for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve wings with celery and carrot sticks, and remaining sauce for dipping.
