Ingredients

  • 6 green onions,
  • 1 carton Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice white part of green onions; set aside. Slice green part of green onions; set aside.
  2. In saucepan, bring Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Broth to boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in sliced white part of green onions, soy sauce and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Whisk together eggs. While broth is simmering, stir soup, adding beaten eggs in slow and steady stream; cook, without stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until strands of eggs are just cooked.
  4. Stir in sesame oil and pepper. Garnish with green part of green onions.
