Ingredients

  • 1 frozen peeled banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups Pacific Foods™ Organic Coconut Unsweetened Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut butter or coconut butter
  • 1/2 fresh banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons dried sweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mango
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Add frozen banana, cauliflower, mango and the coconut milk and nut butter to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, or until smoothie is thick and creamy. 

  • Step 2

    Pour into a bowl and top with fresh banana, raspberries, coconut, fresh mango and chia seeds.  Enjoy!
