Place carrots in a steamer basket and steam over boiling water until very tender, about 10 minutes.
Transfer carrots to a blender and add garlic, habaneros, mango, almond milk, lime juice and salt. Puree. Taste and add more salt and/or lime juice if needed. Store refrigerated up to 1 week.
