In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the broth, ginger and garlic. Bring to a simmer, cover, and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, strain, and stir in minced herbs, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, and lemon juice. Pour into 2 mugs, and enjoy!
