Garlic and Rosemary Fatty Bone Broth

  • 1 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salted grass-fed butter


  • Step 1

    Add the broth, garlic, rosemary, and black pepper to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and then remove the garlic and rosemary. 

  • Step 2

    Carefully transfer the hot broth to a blender along with the butter. Hold a kitchen towel over the steam escape in the top of the blender, and blend until foamy. Serve immediately.
