Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons Pacific Foods™ Organic Soy Unsweetened Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried chives
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20 seconds. 

  • Step 2

    Store ranch dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator where it will keep for up to five days. Serve alongside fresh vegetables or drizzle on salad.
