Recipe Ingredients:

Dairy-Free Eggnog

  • Add Organic Oat Original Non-Dairy Beverage, egg yolks, honey, ground cloves and cinnamon into a blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a medium saucepan over medium heat and warm for 8-12 minutes, stirring constantly until thick and frothy. Don’t let the eggnog boil, you may need to lower the heat midway through cooking.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Pour into an airtight container like a large mason jar and place in the refrigerator until cooled.


  • To make lattes, in a saucepan heat prepared eggnog 3-6 minutes on medium, whisking constantly until it starts to simmer and become frothy. Add the warmed eggnog mixture to the brewed coffee and serve immediately.
