Crockpot Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 pounds russet potato, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods® Organic Turkey Broth or sub Pacific Foods Organic Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Unsweetened Almond Original Plant-Based Beverage, warmed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (or sub vegan butter)
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion (optional)


  • Step 1

    Add potatoes and broth to crock pot. Cover and cook on HIGH until potatoes are tender, about 4 to 5 hours. 

  • Step 2

    Remove lid and add almond milk and butter.  Mash thoroughly with a masher or hand mixer. Season to taste with salt and pepper and garnish with green onions, if desired.
