Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut plus more to garnish
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs or mini dark chocolate chips plus more to garnish
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods Organic Reduced-Sugar Oat Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1 cup mixed berries to garnish

Instructions

  • Add banana, cauliflower rice, cinnamon, coconut flakes, cacao nibs or chocolate chips, oats, and Oat Beverage to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until thick and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a bowl and garnish with cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and berries. Enjoy!
