Mason Jar Miso Zoodle Soup

  • 4 tbsp white miso
  • 4 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 4 cups zucchini noodles packed
  • 1 carrot cut into matchsticks
  • 2 oz shiitake mushrooms stems discarded, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups Pacific Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth


  • Have 8 pint jars ready.
  • To each of 4 of the jars add 1 tablespoon miso and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Top each with 1 cup zucchini noodles. Divide carrot, mushrooms, and green onion between jars, then seal jars with lids.
  • Pour 1 cup Pacific Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth into each of the remaining 4 jars and seal with lids. Refrigerate all jars until ready to use.
  • To prepare, remove lid from a jar of Pacific Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth and microwave until steaming hot, about 2 minutes. Pour broth over a jar of zucchini noodles miso mixture, cover, and let sit 5 minutes before eating.
