Homemade Sourdough Croutons
Crispy sourdough croutons are the perfect toppers for big bowls of nourishing soup!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cube sourdough bread and add to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, and herbs. Use your hands to toss to combine.
Spread croutons in an even layer on a baking sheet.
Bake croutons for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy.
