Ingredients

Peach Mango

  • 1/2 cup peaches
  • 1 cup mangos
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods Organic Coconut Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1/2 lemon juiced

Chocolate Blueberry

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods Organic Oat Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder

Sweet Mint

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods Organic Almond Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1/2 cup mint
  • 1 lime juiced

Lemon Berry

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods Hazelnut Chocolate Plant-Based Beverage

Instructions

  • To prepare smoothies ahead of time, cut fruit into one inch pieces, and fill mason jars or ziplock bags to the brim with smoothie ingredients (all except non-dairy beverages and lime or lemon juice). Store in freezer for up to 3 weeks.
  • When ready to use, remove from freezer, add non-dairy beverage and/or lime or lemon juice and blend until well combined.
