Instructions

  1. Add bone broth to a medium pot on the stove. Bring to a boil, add quinoa, stir well, cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook quinoa for 15 minutes before removing from heat and fluffing with a fork.
  2. Create bone broth bowl: add cooked quinoa, arugula, red cabbage, red onion, garbanzo beans, and avocado to a large bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with tahini and lemon juice. Devour!
