Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals or heat in a double broiler until melted. Let cool slightly.
Add coconut cream and coconut milk to your mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add melted chocolate to your coconut mixture and continue to mix until thoroughly combined.
Transfer to serving cups and let cool in the fridge before serving (for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 days). Top with coconut flakes and thinly sliced strawberries before serving.
