- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals or over a double broiler until melted. Let cool slightly.
- Add coconut cream and Organic Coconut Original Non-Dairy Beverage to your mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add melted chocolate to your coconut mixture and continue to mix until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer to serving cups and let cool in the fridge before serving (for at least 30 mins and up to two days).
- Top with coconut flakes and thinly sliced strawberries.
