Summer Greek Yogurt Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Pacific Foods Organic Turkey Bone Broth
  • 12 oz. rotini variety pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 2 or 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 ear corn peeled
  • 1 oz. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup relish
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 4 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1 container greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 12 oz. favorite protein
Instructions
  • Bring your broth to a boil and then add your pasta in.
  • Drop your heat to medium and keep your pasta moving until most or all of your broth is absorbed.
  • Add your cooked pasta and all of the rest of your ingredients into a large bowl aside from your cheese & protein and mix them together good.
  • Mix in your cheese & protein.
  • Throw it in the fridge for a few hours. Note: add in your favorite vegetables and use whatever cheese & protein you want like!
