Ingredients

  • 4 cups Pacific Foods Organic Bone Broth
  • 12 oz. rotini variety pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 2 or 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 ear corn peeled
  • 1 oz. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup relish
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 4 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 1 container greek yogurt
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 12 oz. favorite protein

Instructions

  1. Bring your broth to a boil and then add your pasta in.
  2. Drop your heat to medium and keep your pasta moving until most or all of your broth is absorbed.
  3. Add your cooked pasta and all of the rest of your ingredients into a large bowl aside from your cheese & protein and mix them together good.
  4. Mix in your cheese & protein.
  5. Throw it in the fridge for a few hours. Note: add in your favorite vegetables and use whatever cheese & protein you want like!
