Stir-Fry Cabbage with Bacon
Ingredients

- 6 slices bacon
- 1 onion diced
- 1 head green cabbage cored and chopped
- ⅓ cup Pacific Foods Organic Beef Broth
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add bacon to a large pot over medium heat. Cook until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes per side. Remove bacon from the pot, letting bacon fat remain.
- Crumble bacon into small pieces and set aside.
- Add onion to pot and cook until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage and beef broth and cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add crumbled bacon to the pot along with sea salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
