Stir-Fry Cabbage with Bacon

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Add bacon to a large pot over medium heat. Cook until browned and crispy, about 5 minutes per side. Remove bacon from the pot, letting bacon fat remain.
  • Crumble bacon into small pieces and set aside.
  • Add onion to pot and cook until translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add chopped cabbage and beef broth and cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Add crumbled bacon to the pot along with sea salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
