Ingredients

  • 1 carton Pacific Foods Organic Seitan Original 12 oz.
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour or sub gluten-free flour
  • 1 tbsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped finely
  • 4 buns
  • grilled red onions, grilled mushrooms, roasted red peppers, lettuce, avocado optional toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Organic Seitan Original, spices, garlic, oats and flour; form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill burgers in a grill basket or in a well-oiled cast iron skillet over the stove, about 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Assemble with your favorite veggies, greens and sauces!
