Ingredients

  • 1 pound sashimi grade tuna cubed
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup Pacific Foods Organic Mushroom Broth
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cubed mango
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together coconut aminos, mushroom broth, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add cubed tuna to mixture and stir to gently incorporate. Cover and refrigerate marinating tuna for 15 minutes.
  2. To two bowls divide mango, avocado, cucumber, white rice, and cilantro. Add marinated tuna and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
