Ombre Berry Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
  • Add ½ cup frozen raspberries, ¼ cup vanilla yogurt, ½ cup Hemp Plant-Based Beverage, and frozen banana to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. Pour into the bottom third of two large glasses.
  • Begin the second layer of the smoothie. To unwashed blender add ½ cup frozen raspberries, ¼ cup vanilla yogurt, and ½ cup Hemp Plant-Based Beverage. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. Slowly pour second layer on top of first smoothie layer, filling up ⅔ of each cup.
  • Begin the third layer of the smoothie. To unwashed blender add 1 cup frozen blackberries, ½ cup frozen raspberries, and ½ cup Hemp Plant-Based Beverage. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. Carefully pour third layer on top of second smoothie layer filling each glass to the top.
  • Garnish each smoothie with fresh raspberries, blackberries, and a sprinkle of coconut flakes. Enjoy immediately.

*To make recipe Vegan, use plant- based yogurt.
