Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Coconut Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries, for toppings (optional)
  • 1/2 fresh sliced banana, for toppings (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, for toppings (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded dried sweetened coconut, for toppings (optional)
  • 1 slice of lime, for toppings (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend smoothie ingredients together. Pour into a bowl. Top with fruit, coconut and chia seeds. Enjoy!
