Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, vigorously whisk together the ground flaxseed and Original Oat Plant-Based Milk. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond meal, baking soda, and sea salt.
  • Add the flaxseed and water mixture to the dry ingredients, along with the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to form the cookie dough into balls, and place onto the baking sheet. For rounder cookies, leave in mounds. For flat cookies, press the dough down with your fingers. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cookies are golden.
  • Remove from the oven, and cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet.
  • Carefully transfer to a wire cooling rack, and enjoy!
