Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Baked Oats

Recipe Ingredients:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a ramekin dish with coconut oil.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender (except chocolate chips) and blend until smooth.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir well.
  • Transfer to a greased ramekin dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before digging in!
  • Garnish with almond butter butter and raspberries, if desired.
