Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Baked Oats

Ingredients
Recipe Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup Pacific Foods Organic Almond Original Plant-Based Beverage
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp raspberries to garnish
- 1 tbsp almond butter to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a ramekin dish with coconut oil.
- Add all ingredients to a blender (except chocolate chips) and blend until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips and stir well.
- Transfer to a greased ramekin dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before digging in!
- Garnish with almond butter butter and raspberries, if desired.
