Cinnamon Crumb Banana Bread

Ingredients
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter at room temperature
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Pacific Foods Hazelnut Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 2 overripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Crumb Topping

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp. vegan butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch salt
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, beat together sugar, egg and vanilla until combined. Add the vegan butter and beat until smooth. Mix in the Hazelnut Plant-Based Beverage and bananas.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet until all the flour is incorporated. Spray a 8 ½” x 4 ½ “ loaf pan with non-stick spray and pour in the batter.
  • Make topping by combining the powdered sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and melted vegan butter. Crumble the mixture over the batter in the pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 – 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
