Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods Hazelnut Vanilla Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen coconut meat
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. cacoa nibs
  • 3 tbsp. walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. To a blender add banana, Pacific Foods Hazelnut Vanilla Plant-Based Beverage, frozen coconut meat, frozen cauliflower, cinnamon, 1 tablespoon. cacao nibs, and 1 tablespoon walnuts. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with remaining cacao nibs, walnuts, and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
