Baked Feta Pasta with Organic Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked cavatappi pasta
  • 3 cups Pacific Foods™ Organic Vegan Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
  • 1 block (8 ounces) feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 handful baby spinach

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Cook and drain the pasta according to the package directions.  Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F. 

  • Step 2

    Add tomato basil soup to a baking dish and top with feta cheese and oregano. Bake for 30 minutes. Add cooked pasta and baby spinach. Stir well, serve, and devour!
