No matter what time of year, we could always go for a nice bowl of soup around here. We’re excited to announce that an ancient grain and a seafood favorite are new flavors in our hearty soup family. You’ll start to see the new flavors on shelves soon, so be sure to start asking for ‘em at your local store!
Our new Organic Vegetable Quinoa Soup is perfect for veggie lovers and is a spin on your classic vegetable soup. We combine diced zucchini, red bell peppers and onions with protein-rich quinoa for a tasty soup that is low-fat, gluten-free, high fiber and vegan! With three grams of vegan protein per serving, our new Organic Vegetable Quinoa soup is destined to be a new hearty favorite.
New England Clam Chowder
We’re also introducing our first clam chowder! The recipe is classic New England, but the ingredients for Pacific’s new Clam Chowder are as Northwest as it gets: rBST-free cream from our founder’s organic dairies, clams harvested certified by the Marine Stewardship Council for sustainable fishing methods, and hearty chunks of potatoes, celery and carrots.
