Thanksgiving Employee Giveaway Pacific Foods

 It’s no secret that here at Pacific Foods, we love our employees. Everyone is working hard through our busiest time of the year, making lots of broth, stocks and soups to warm you up this holiday season.


As a small token of our appreciation for their dedication and hard work during this busy season, we’re providing all of our amazing employees with a free-range, organic turkey grown just down the road on our founder’s farms.


In addition, we also are offering a case of chicken broth, cranberry sauce and a credit to the Pacific Foods Community Store, with a few other mixed goodies.


Since most people don’t know what to do with a whole case of cranberry sauce, we passed out a few recipe ideas that we wanted to share with you too.


Cranberry Salad Dressing:

  • 1/3 Cup Pacific Foods Organic Jellied Cranberry Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

To prepare:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Adjust to desired taste and consistency with more or less cranberry sauce or oil.


BBQ Sauce:

  • 2 Cups Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
  • ¾ Cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

To Prepare:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hour 15 minutes.
