My family loves hummus, so when I got the opportunity to try Pacific's new organic hummus I jumped at the chance. For this recipe I tried Pacific's Organic Roasted Garlic Hummus and it became an instant favorite in our hummus loving house. It comes in Classic and Roasted Red Pepper as well (equally delicious!). It has a really great consistency, which makes it taste homemade. In fact, I like this better than my own homemade hummus.
I love that it's all organic made from real ingredients. It also comes in these shelf-stable BPA-free cartons, so you can feel really great about serving it to your family.
I love to use hummus as a spread on sandwiches, it's a great healthy alternative to mayo and it pairs perfectly with the Greek flavors in this Greek Salad Chicken Flatbread. This recipe is such a light and easy weeknight meal in the summer!
