We asked all you at-home chefs, “how creative can you get with our line of Soup starters?” And, wow! We were blown away with what you served up. From all sorts of soups to main entrees, we’re still in mouthwatering awe.
There were two final recipes that seemed to soar to the top in votes. So, we couldn’t let them go without special recognition.
Grand Prize Winner:
Pho Tons by Laura F.
This recipe, using Pacific Foods Vegetable Pho Soup Base, is an ingenious take on your traditional wontons. She suggests serving with peanut sauce, sweet chili sauce, or vegetarian nuoc mam for dipping.For the full recipe, click here.
Mole Sauce by Helena S. of Saucy Girls Kitchen
This recipe, using Pacific Foods Tortilla Soup Base, spices up your traditional mole sauce. Serve over rice and chicken for a delicious meal.
