Happy Cinco de Mayo! If you’re looking for an easy, last-minute party dinner for tonight, we’ve got you covered. Tortilla Soup is a perfect way to celebrate today, and with this DIY soup bar, your guests will be doing all the hard work. Plus, they get to pick and choose what they want in their soup.


The Set-Up

Grab a few Tortilla Soup Starters on the way home today. Pour ‘em into a crockpot and set to “keep warm.” Really, that’s all the cooking you’ll have to do. Let your family and friends do the heavy lifting by topping their own soup with fresh ingredients. Give ‘Em Options

Get creative with your toppings. You probably have most of the add-ins in your fridge and pantry already. Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • Avocado

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Olives
  • Shredded lettuce or cabbage

Mix it up
